CONDITIONS OF RENTAL
- Reservations can be made on the website: http://tessera.com.hr/ or by sending an inquiry to e-mail: apartment.tessera@gmail.com
- The person making the booking is obliged to provide correct data and correct information in the form, according to which the pre-booking will be prepared along with the cost calculation.
- The reservation must be confirmed by payment of the deposit amounting to 30% of the total amount, which must be paid by bank transfer within 2 (two) days of receipt of pre-reservation. Deposit is not refundable neither in case of cancellation, nor for non-presentation.
- After receipt of the deposit we’ll send you a confirmation of the reservation by e-mail.
- The remaining amount up to total price of accommodation is payable in cash at check-in.
- When making a reservation, you declare that you have read our General Terms and conditions and that you will fully accept them.
- The price of accommodation is per night per accommodation unit per two persons.
- Minimum stay is two night.
- The price includes overnight stay, WiFi and cleaning service.
- Sojourn tax is included in the price of accommodation.
- Special services are not included in the price of the accommodation and request for special services must be made during the reservation process.
- Refund is not possible for services which have not been used.
- On the day of arrival, apartments are available from 2 p.m.
- Check-in time is between 2 p.m. and 9 p.m. Check-in after 9 p.m. shall be arranged directly with Tessera Apartments’ staff.
- Check-out time is until 10:00 a.m. Late check-out can be arranged on request. Availability shall be checked with Tessera Apartments’ staff.
- There is no capacity for extra beds in the apartments.
- Smoking in the apartments is not allowed.
- Pets are permitted only upon prior approval of the host. Additional charges may apply.
- Public parking is available near the site (reservation is not possible) and charges may apply.
